Our four wellness facilities, affiliated with Carilion Clinic, have been in the Valley for over 30 years! We pride ourselves with helping you maintain your fitness goals. We work hard every day to provide members of all ages with the best athletic and wellness opportunities available. Meeting your needs is our driving force.
RAC/BAC has the most equipment offered in the area, including Cardio Theater, nearly 200 group exercise classes offered a week, FREE child care, extensive youth area, indoor/outdoor pools, gymnasium, track and racquetball courts (amenities vary per club). Members also have full access to RAC Xpress (downtown Roanoke).
