BodyFlow

BodyFlow is the yoga,
tai chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It's
your personal "time out" from the stress and strains of daily life.
BodyJam
55 Minutes
BodyJam is a 55-minute
workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. It's cardio fun at it's best for
those with a passion for movement. Recommended for intermediate to advanced fitness
levels.
Power Punch
58 Minutes
This class combines boxing training techniques such as jump rope, push-ups, abdominal
strengthening exercises, kicks and punches with a scientifically designed interval
program. This class is moderate to high impact with moderate to high intensity.
Yoga
60 Minutes
A fun activity of breathing, stretching and meditation. This is a mind/body class that
incorporates eastern philosophy with western techniques that can produce powerful results.
Recommended for all fitness levels.
Pilates

The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening
exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. It strengthens and tones
muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind, and
creates a more streamlined shape.
Power Yoga
60 Minutes
This class takes yoga to a new level. It is designed to build strength, increase
flexibility and reduce stress by using dynamic postures, movements and meditation for an
overall mind/body challenge.
Have A Ball
55 Minutes
Use the Resist-A-Ball to strengthen and tone your entire body, especially your core. A
variety of equipment is used. Recommended for all fitness levels.
Jazzercise
A movement oriented class with specific choreography. A total body workout for all fitness
levels.
Mommy and Me
Designed for ages 2-4. Mommy and child play games,
tumble, and move together in a class setting.
Hop, Skip and Jump
Designed for ages 8-10. Obstacle courses, games,
relays, kickboxing, and jump rope make this class both active and fun. Parents are
required to sign-up their child before class in the gym.
The mission of the
BAC group exercise program is committed to teaching participants of all ages. Our mission
is to instruct safe, fun and motivating classes while educating and improving general
health, fitness and wellness. We monitor all group exercise classes by the attendance of
each class and the feedback we receive from both members and instructors. If any of the
classes are not being supported, then that class has a chance of being cancelled or the
class format changed. If you have any comments or concerns, please contact the athletic club. |
