Five Steps To Personal Fitness
STEP 1- Our manager of personal training will assist you in selecting a staff trainer that
will best meet your needs. Matching personalities can also play an important role in
reaching your fitness goals.
STEP 2- This step is the assessment
stage where a staff exercise physiologist will test your current fitness levels. This data
is necessary in order to address physical weaknesses and to be used as a benchmark of your
progress.
STEP 3- Here we establish
appropriate and realistic goals along with designing a plan to reach those goals. Your
appointments are scheduled and your training begins.
STEP 4- This is the progression of
your fitness plan. Your trainer will continually but cautiously increase the demand of
your program while keeping you focused on your health and fitness goals.
STEP 5- This stage of your program
will involve a retest and comparative analysis with your initial assessment. With this
data you'll be able to determine your programs effectiveness and how much longer you will
need to reach your goals.
