Roanoke Athletic Club
The Roanoke Athletic Club is located at 4508 Starkey Road, near Tanglewood Mall (see a map). Our 79,000 square-foot facility has the most equipment offered in the area.
Amenities at the RAC include Cardio Theater, over 125 group exercise classes offered a week (including the newest KrankCycle®), indoor/outdoor heated pools, gymnasium, whirl pool/steam rooms, track and racquetball courts. Memberships also include FREE child care and an extensive youth area, and Hair Paradis Salon and massage therapy are conveniently located on-site.
Members have reciprocal use of the Botetourt Athletic Club, full access to ZOOM (downtown Roanoke) and discount to our own Parisi Speed School.
Our hours of operation are:
- Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
