When you work with one of our certified personal trainers, you ensure a higher degree of success with your fitness goals and objectives. Our trainers work with people of all ages to develop personalized fitness programs, educate on proper technique and provide continuous motivation.

A certified personal trainer is able to work with you as part of your routine or just act as a consultant on a periodic basis. Our trainers can help you develop fitness goals and provide you with valuable information about your health by analyzing your body composition, aerobic capacity an strength and flexibility levels.

Our personal training services are available to members and non-members and offer individual or group training options. Please contact the Fitness Manager to discuss your goals and options. They will be able to match your needs with the trainer that will suit you best.
